Ironworker (Rod Buster) Foreman

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Ironworker Foreman to lead and manage rebar installation crews. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of rebar installation techniques, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage a crew of rod busters in the installation, assembly, and placement of reinforcing steel.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure proper execution of work.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to maintain project schedules and efficiency.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Monitor crew performance and provide training or guidance as needed to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and progress reports.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum [5] years as a Rod Buster Foreman or similar supervisory role.

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of rebar installation techniques and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Welding experience

Certifications (preferred):
• OSHA 10 or equivalent safety certification.
• Relevant trade certifications.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
