Job Purpose
The construction Project Manager will bid, plan, and oversee Tri-State’s projects, providing timely reporting to the senior management team. The budgeting, scheduling, organization, and implementation of assigned projects will be conducted by the Project Manager.
Duties and responsibilities
- Promoting safe work sites
- Business development
- Prepare and submit bids
- Conduct preconstruction meetings with internal team
- Prepare submittals
- Project budgeting and cost control
- Forecasting reports to senior management
- Project documentation and scope of work management
- Coordination of subcontractors
- Read and understand contracts and project drawings
- Project invoice approvals
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, engineering, business management or related field experience
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- Time management skills
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Competent in conflict resolution
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Working Conditions
- Regular travel is required.
- Both in office and on jobsite working environment
- Work in all types of weather
Physical requirements
- Must be able to navigate rugged terrain
